firm. We offer professional architectural services and all major
disciplines of engineering and Land Surveying. Following is a brief
description of the services we offer.
The architectural division offers services
related to projects involving all building types, sizes and
construction types; new structures, renovations to existing structures
and management services for occupied buildings.
Our engineering division offers professional
services in the following disciplines: civil, sanitation, structural,
electrical and environmental. Each discipline is directed by a licensed
senior engineer.
The surveying division has been in existence
since the earliest days of the company providing services necessary for
civil engineering projects. Services available include single plots,
topography, boundaries, subdivisions, etc.
Our planning group provides services for site and
master plan development for land use, utility and transportation
systems.
GSE Associates, Inc. is fully knowledgeable in
obtaining and managing federal and state grants. We can also assist our
clients in a variety of assessments (rate studies, traffic assessments,
environmental impact studies, etc.), reports and economic and financial
feasibility studies.
